Ways to Support ABHM?

America’s Black Holocaust Museum is proud to announce our next book club pick: Overground Railroad by Candacy Taylor!

We will be meeting virtually (over Zoom) to discuss the book on October 6 at 6 pm central time, so you have plenty of time to buy or borrow the title to join us.

Digital and physical versions are available from the Milwaukee County Library. You can also purchase the book from local bookstores Boswell Books (online) or Niche Book Bar (in person). Bookshop.org also carries the title, and every purchase helps local bookstores!

Register for the free event here to get reminders and the Zoom link.

We look forward to talking with you soon!

Comments Are Welcome

Note: We moderate submissions in order to create a space for meaningful dialogue, a space where museum visitors – adults and youth –– can exchange informed, thoughtful, and relevant comments that add value to our exhibits.

Racial slurs, personal attacks, obscenity, profanity, and SHOUTING do not meet the above standard. Such comments are posted in the exhibit Hateful Speech. Commercial promotions, impersonations, and incoherent comments likewise fail to meet our goals, so will not be posted. Submissions longer than 120 words will be shortened.

See our full Comments Policy here.
